Abstract

" هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن علاقة الضغوط النفسية بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتأكد من فرضياتها استخدمت الباحثتان مقياسي الضغوط النفسية لـ :"" ممدوح صالح سليمان "" ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي لـ "" بورتر و ليولر "" وتم تعريبه من طرف الباحث ""محمد ناصر إبراهيم السكران""، وجرى تطبيقهما على عينة متكونة من 60 أستاذا وأستاذة ببعض المدارس الابتدائية ببلدية حاسي خليفة بولاية الوادي، حيث اختيرت هذه العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، كما استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لتناسبه مع موضوع الدراسة، وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم اعتماد SPSS . وقد أسفرت النتائج على ما يلي : _ لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي . _ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس . _ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس . _ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية . _ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أستاذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية . "" The present study aimed to examine the relationship between psychological stress and job performance among primary school teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and verify its hypotheses, the researchers employed the Psychological Stress Scale developed by and the Job Performance Scale developed by , which was translated into Arabic by . The instruments were administered to a sample of 60 male and female teachers from several primary schools in the municipality of . The sample was selected using a simple random sampling method. The study adopted the descriptive correlational approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research topic. Statistical analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings of the study revealed the following: • There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and job performance among primary school teachers. • There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among primary school teachers attributable to the gender variable. • There are no statistically significant differences in job performance among primary school teachers attributable to the gender variable. • There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among primary school teachers attributable to the professional experience variable. • There are no statistically significant differences in job performance among "
