Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة الإجهاد النفسي لدى أساتذة تعليم الابتدائي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ سنة خامسة ابتدائي. ولهذا اعتمدنا على مجموعة من المدارس للبلدية جامعة ولاية المغير، كما تم تطبيق مقياس الإجهاد النفسي ل: خويلدي سليمان (2015) اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتياطي، ولجمع المعلومات في الميدان اعتمدنا على مقياس الإجهاد النفسي حيث طبق على مجموعة من أساتذة لسنة خامسة لتعليم الابتدائي كان عددهم 50أستاذ وقد أوضحت هذه الدراسة نتائج نذكر منها: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإجهاد النفسي لدى أساتذة تعليم الابتدائي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ سنة خامسة ابتدائي . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإجهاد النفسي لدى أساتذة تعليم الابتدائي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ سنة خامسة تعزى إلى فروق في الخبرة. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإجهاد النفسي لدى أساتذة تعليم الابتدائي والتحصيل - الدراسي لدى تلاميذ سنة خامسة ابتدائي تعزى إلى فروق في الحالة الاجتماعية. وبعد ما توصلنا إلى هذه النتائج قمنا بمناقشتها في ظل الدراسات السابقة والجانب النظري. "The study aims to reveal the relationship between psychological stress among primary education teachers and academic achievement among fifth-year primary school students. For this reason, we relied on a group of municipal schools, Al-Muahayir State University, and the psychological stress scale was applied by: Khuwailidi Suleiman (2015).-In the study, we relied on the descriptive-contingent approach, and to collect information in the field, we relied on the psychological stress scale, which was applied to a group of 50 fifth-year primary school teachers.This study showed results, including: -There is an inverse correlation with statistical significance between psychological stress among primary education teachers and academic achievement among fifth-year primary school students. -There are no statistically significant differences between psychological stress among primary education teachers and academic achievement among fifth-year students due to differences in experience. -There are statistically significant differences between the psychological stress of primary education teachers and attainment -Academic studies among fifth-year primary school students are due to differences in marital status. After we reached these results, we discussed them in light of previous studies and the theoretical aspect.
