دور التعليـــم التحضيـــــــري فــي تنـميــة المهـــــارات التواصليــــــة

Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على دور التعليم التحضيري في تنمية المهارات التواصلية لبعض إبتدائيات مقاطعة دائرة أميه ونسه ، وقد أجريت الدراسة خلال السنة الجامعية 2022.2021، على مجتمع بحث مكون من 25معلم ،كما اعتمدنا استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات واعتمدنا علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وبعد جمع البيانات وعرضها وتحليلها ثم توصل إلى النتائج التالية وانطلقت الدراسة من فرضية عامة هي : - يساهم التعليم التحضيري في تنمية المهارات التواصلية . وقد تفرع عن هذه الفرضية عدة فرضيات جزئية هي: - يساهم التعليم التحضيري في تواصل الطفل داخل القسم . - يساهم التعليم التحضيري في اندماج الطفل داخل الوسط المدرسي . - يساهم التعليم التحضيري بفضاءاته المتنوعة في تنمية المهارات التواصلية اتجاه تلك البرامج الموجهة . نستنتج أن للتعليم التحضيري دور كبير في تنمية المهارات التواصلية للطفل حيث تعود أسباب هذه الأخيرة أن الطفل يتحصل على عملية تعليمية في وقت مبكر فيندمج في مجموعة من الأطفال في مثل سنه . كما أن التعليم التحضيري له دور فعال في تنمـية مهـــــارة التحاور والتواصل مع المعلم ومع زملائه ، والاندماج في الوسط المدرسي ، كما يمكنه من بناء علاقات صداقة وتكوين جماعة الرفاق . وعليه يمكن القول أن الفرضية العامة تحققت إلى حد بعيد وأن التعليم التحضيري له دور كبير في تنمية المهارات التواصلية للطفل . الكلمات المفتاحية : التعليم التحضيري ، المهارات التواصلية .

The Carent study ai;ed at trying to identify the iole of prepratorg eduction in derveloping communicatiue skills for some of the primany sthools –mik Quenx – and the study was condueted during the current year 2021/2022 . On a research communitg consisting of 25 samples ،and we olso adopted the use of the questionnaire as a major took in collecting data and relied on the dexriptive approach Anolytical ,and ofter collecting presenting and analyzing data ،the following results were reacbed and the study started fram a gggemeral hypo thesis : - preparatory eduction eontributes to developing communi cation skills . This hupotheses : * prepantory eduction contributes to the child´s communicatios with in the depantment . *preparatory eduction contributes to the integration of the child into the school community . *preparatory eduction contributes to its various spaces in developing communicative skills to wards those directed –programs .

We conclude that prepatory eduction has a major in drveloping the communication skills of the child ;as the reasons foe the latter are due to the fact that the child gets an educational procez early ,and it is integrated into a group of children of his age .

Also ,the preparatory knowledge has an effective role in developing diologue skills and communication with the teaches and his colleagues ,and integration in the school environment ,it also enables him to build friend ship relations and from a companies graup .
