Abstract

" ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية:

تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين بيئة العمل الداخلية والالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في شركة دليبة لصناعة الأنابيب البلاستيكية بولاية الوادي. وقد أجريت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة قصدية

مكونة من 50 موظفاً من إجمالي مجتمع الدراسة البالغ 102 عاملاً.

وتسعى إشكالية البحث إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي التالي :

هل توجد علاقة بين بيئة العمل الداخلية والالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في المنظمة؟

وتستند الدراسة إلى فرضية رئيسية واحدة وثلاث فرضيات فرعي

تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافها. كما اعتمد على الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات الجمع البيانات، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام التكرارات

وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين بيئة العمل الداخلية والالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين. كما أظهرت النتائج أن ظروف العمل الداخلية، والقيادة الإدارية، والانصال التنظيمي تعد عوامل أساسية في تعزيز شعور العاملين بالانتماء والولاء للمنظمة، فضلاً عن زيادة رغبتهم في بذل الجهد والاستمرار في

وظائفهم.

The present study aims to explore the relationship between the internal work environment and organizational commitment among employees at Deliba Plastic Pipes Manufacturing Company in El Oued Province. The field study was conducted on a sample of 50 employees a total population of 102 workers.

The research problem seeks to answer the following main question:

Is there a relationship between the internal work environment and the level of organizational commitment among employees in the organization?

The study is based on four main hypotheses as follows:

There is a relationship between the internal work environment and the level of organizational commitment among employees

There is a relationship between internal working conditions and the level of organizational commitment

There is a relationship between organizational communication and the level of organizational commitment.

There is a relationship between administrative leadership and the level of organizational commitment

This study falls within descriptive research, as the descriptive-analytical method was used to achieve its objectives. The questionnaire and interview were employed as tools for data collection, and the data were statistically processed using frequencies and percentages.

The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the internal work environment and organizational commitment among employees. It also revealed that internal working conditions, administrative leadership, and organizational communication are key factors in enhancing employees' sense of belonging and loyalty to the organization, as well as increasing their willingness to exert effort and remain in their jobs.
