Abstract

"الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة والموسومة ب: "" تحولات الاتصال التعليمي واكتساب المعرفة في ظل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي "" وقد تم اختيار أداة ال ChatGPT كوسيلة أساسية. قد انطلقت هذه الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي يتمثل في: كيف يعيد استخدام طلبة السنة الأولى ماستر علم اجتماع لتطبيق Chat GPT تشكيل أنماط الاتصال التعليمي لديهم، وما انعكاسات ذلك على عملية اكتساب المعرفة؟ وهدفت هذه الدراسة الى: 1. التعرف على أنماط الاتصال التعليمي لدى الطلبة الذين يستخدمون ChatGPT، وانعكاسات ذلك على عملية اكتساب المعرفة. 2. معرفة طبيعة تواصل الطلبة مع ChatGPT: هل هو تواصل حواري أم تفاعلي أم نقدي؟ 3. البحث في أسباب تغير دور الطالب من متلقٍ سلبي إلى باحث نشط عن المعرفة ومنتج لها. 4. تفسير التحول في الحصول على المعرفة من الكتاب والأستاذ إلى المحتوى الرقمي المولّد آلياً. 5. وصف التصورات التي يحملها الطلبة حول دور الأستاذ في ظل وجود هذا المساعد الذكي الذي قد يُنظر إليه كمنافس في الوظيفة التعليمية. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الكيفي مستخدمين أداة المقابلة حيث تم على 20 مقابلة ذلك أقصى حد لتحقيق تشبع في البيانات وحيث تم استخدام التحليل الكيفي لبيانات باعتماد على برنامج Maxqda معتمدين على التحليل الموضوعي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: • دوافع استخدام الطلبة لتقنية ChatGPT (دوافع اجتماعية ودوافع نفسية ودوافع تقنية) • التحول المعرفي انتقل من مصادر كلاسيكية إلى مصادر عصرية • وجود تنوع في طريقة التواصل من حوارية إلى تفاعلية ونقدي. • الاستخدام بين الأنسنة والأداتية. • ازدواجية اللغة من العامية والعربية ومختلطة حسب الحاجة. • الاتكال المعرفي على ال ChatGPT. • استغلاله في المجال الأكاديمي وعملي ومهني. • تعايش الطالبات مع نمطين (التقليدي دقيق والعصري غير دقيق). • توجه الوسط التعليمي نحو نموذج هجين يجمع بين الأستاذ التقليدي والذكاء الاصطناعي في إنتاج ونقل المعرفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تحولات- الاتصال التعليمي- اكتساب المعرفة- الذكاء الاصطناعي

""Abstract This study, titled ""Transformations of Educational Communication and Knowledge Acquisition through the Use of Artificial Intelligence"", selected the ChatGPT tool as its primary medium. The study originated from a main research question: How does the use of ChatGPT by first-year Master's students in Sociology reshape their patterns of educational communication, and what are the implications for the process of knowledge acquisition? The study aimed to: 1. Identify the patterns of educational communication among students who use ChatGPT and the implications for the knowledge acquisition process. 2. Examine the nature of students' interaction with ChatGPT: Is it dialogic, interactive, or critical? 3. Investigate the reasons for the shift in the student's role from a passive receiver to an active seeker and producer of knowledge. 4. Explain the transition in obtaining knowledge from books and teachers to automatically generated digital content. 5. Describe students' perceptions of the teacher's role in light of this intelligent assistant, which may be seen as a competitor in the educational function. The study adopted a qualitative approach, using interviews as the data collection tool. A total of 20 interviews were conducted, reaching saturation point. Qualitative data analysis was performed using Maxqda software, based on thematic analysis. The study reached the following findings: • Motivations for students' use of ChatGPT (social, psychological, and technical motivations) • A cognitive shift from classical to modern sources of knowledge • Diversity in communication styles: dialogic, interactive, and critical • Use oscillating between humanization and instrumentalization • Linguistic duality (colloquial, standard Arabic, and mixed as needed) • Cognitive reliance on ChatGPT • Utilization in academic, practical, and professional contexts • Students coexist with two patterns: traditional/precise and modern/imprecise • The educational environment is moving toward a hybrid model combining the traditional teacher and artificial intelligence in the production and transmission of knowledge Keywords: Transformations – Educational Communication – Knowledge Acquisition – Artificial Intelligence "
