التفكير الإيجابي وعلاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني د ارسة ميدانية على عينة من المستشارين بولاية توقرت

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الد ارسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التفكير الإيجابي وأهميته في الرفع من الدافعية للإنجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية توقرت، وقياس العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين، واختلافها باختلاف طور العمل. تم تطبيق أداتين: الأولى التفكير الإيجابي لـ(الأسود، ،)0202والثانية الدافعية للإنجاز لــ(الأزرق، ،)0222وبعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية طبقت على عينة مكونة من()68 مستشارا ومستشارة في التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية توقرت، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وقد تحددت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية(.)SPSS,22 وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود مستويات مرتفعة من التفكير الإيجابي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى أفراد العينة، ووجود ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين التفكير الإيجابي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، ووجود اختلاف في العلاقة بين التفكير الإيجابي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني باختلاف طور عملهم. وتمت مناقشة نتائج الدراسة بناء على خلفية نظرية وميدانية عايشتها الباحثتان في مهنة التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني" "This study aims to reveal the level of positive thinking and its importance in raising the motivation of school and career guidance counselors in the city of Touggourt, and be measure the relationship between these two variables according to the stage of work. The first positive thinking(AL-Aswad,2021) and the second, Sustainability of achievement(AL-Azreg,2000)were applied along with their psychometric properties. To a sample of (86)male and female school and career guidance counselors in the city of Touggourt, who were selected using a simple random method. The study adopted the descriplur correlational approach, and after collecting the data and its branches, stastistical processing was carried out using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS 22). The results as of the study shows high levels of positive thinking and achievement motivation among the sample, a statistical significant correlation between positive thinking and achievement motivation among school and career guidance counselors. The study results were discussed based on the theorlical and field back ground experienced by the two researchers in the school and career guidance profession."
