حقيبة تدريبية مقترحة قائمة على نظرية فرجينيا ساتير في التواصل الزواجي للوقاية من الانفصال العاطفي - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الأزواج بولاية الوادي

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم حقيبة تدريبية مقترحة قائمة على نظرية (فرجينيا ساتير) في التواصل الزواجي للوقاية من الانفصال العاطفي لدى عينة من الأزواج بولاية الوادي، ولذلك انطلقت الدراسة من طرح التساؤلات التالية: - ما مستوى الانفصال العاطفي لدى عينة الدراسة؟ - ما نمط التواصل الزواجي الأكثر شيوعا عند الأزواج؟ - ما لتصور المقترح للحقيبة التدريبية القائمة على نظرية (ساتير) للتواصل الزواجي للوقاية من الانفصال العاطفي؟ تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه الاستكشافي والتطويري، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في 20 زوجا و20 زوجة ،تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العينة القصدية من أزواج وزوجات ولاية الوادي. وقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال الأدوات التالية: - مقياس الانفصال العاطفي لمنصور (2009) - مقياس التواصل الزواجي الذي بنته الباحثة فريتخ (2018) تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (25SPSS)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى الانفصال العاطفي لدى عينة الدراسة كان منخفضا، حيث بلغ القيمة المحسوبة لاختبار ت 1.563 وهي تعكس المستوى المنخفض جدا لكل أبعاد الانفصال العاطفي. - نمط التواصل الأكثر شيوعا لدى الأزواج تمثل في النمط اللامبالي المشتت حيث بلغت النسبة 4.234 ≥ 3)) لدى عينة الدراسة. وبناء على هذه النتائج تم بناء حقيبة تدريبية قائمة على نظرية (فرجينيا ساتير) للتواصل الزواجي للوقاية من الانفصال العاطفي. ومن أهم ما أوصت به الباحثة هو: تفعيل دور الإرشاد الزواجي في مجتمعنا الجزائري ومعرفة أهميته، والعمل به في المراكز التدريبية وتصميم البرامج. "The aim of this study was to propose a training package based on Virginia Satir's theory of marital communication to prevent emotional divorce among a sample of couples in the Wilaya of El Oued. The study began by posing the following questions: What is the level of emotional divorce among the study sample? What is the most common pattern of marital communication among couples? What is the proposed vision for the training package based on Satir's theory of marital communication to prevent emotional divorce? The descriptive methodology was adopted using both exploratory and developmental approaches. The study sample consisted of 20 husbands and 20 wives, selected using purposive sampling from couples in the Wilaya of El Oued. Data were collected using the following tools: The Emotional Separation Scale by Mansour (2009) The Marital Communication Scale developed by researcher Fritch (2018) Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25). The study found the following results: The level of emotional separation among the study sample was low, with a calculated t-test value of 1.563, reflecting a very low level across all dimensions of emotional separation. The most common communication pattern among couples was the indifferent and distracted pattern, with a high percentage of 4.234 ≥ 3 in the study sample. Based on these results, a training package was developed based on Virginia Satir's theory of marital communication to prevent emotional divorce. One of the main recommendations of the researcher was to activate the role of marital counseling in Algerian society, raise awareness of its importance, and implement it in training centers and program design.
