Abstract

" تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اليقظة التكنولوجية كأداة لرفع الأداء التنافسية في البنوك التجارية - دراسة حالة بنك البركة الوادي-، حيث اعتمد هذا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، ودراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي أسلوب بالجانب التطبيقي اعتمادا على تصميم استبيان لجمع المعلومات من مجتمع الدراسة، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في إصداره رقم 22، وذلك من أجل معالجة وتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبيان، و تم اختبار نتائج الدراسة عن طريق مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية كالانحرافات المعيارية والمتوسطات الحسابية واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك فهم وإدراك اليقظة التكنولوجية كأداة لرفع الأداء التنافسية في البنوك التجارية وتطبيق جيد لأبعادها في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما وجدنا أن لليقظة التكنولوجية لها تأثير في الأداء التنافسي في البنوك التجارية. ""This study aims to reveal technological vigilance as a tool to raise competitive performance in commercial banks - a case study of Al Baraka Al Wadi Bank -, as this was based on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, and a case study on the applied side, a method on the practical side depending on the design of a questionnaire to collect information from the study community This study relied mainly on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences in its version No. 22, in order to process and analyze the data obtained through the questionnaire. The results of the study were tested by a set of statistical tools such as standard deviations, arithmetic averages, and one-way analysis of variance test. . The study concluded that there is an understanding and awareness of technological vigilance as a tool to raise competitive performance in commercial banks and a good application of its dimensions in the institution under study, and we also found that technological vigilance has an impact on competitive performance in commercial banks.
