Abstract
Summary:
The aim of the research problem in the framework of this study is to try to reveal the role of organizational control in improving job performance.
The hypotheses of this study were formulated as follows:
The main premise:
Regulatory oversight has a role in improving the job performance of the employees of the TPL Corporation for the manufacture of screws, screws and nails, which in turn was divided into sub-hypotheses as follows:
- Regulatory control leads to an increase in the productivity of workers at TPL Corporation for the manufacture of screws, screws and nails.
- Regulatory control leads to an increase in the quality of workers' performance at TPL Corporation for the manufacture of screws, screws and nails.
- Regulatory oversight helps in motivating the workers of the TPL screw, bolt and bolt industry in order to carry out the tasks assigned to them.
In order to test the proposed hypotheses, we conducted a field study at the TPL company for the manufacture of screws, screws and nails - Al-Wadi, relying on the descriptive approach. A random sample of 49 individuals was drawn.
Finally, we reached the following results:
- Organizational control has a major role in raising the level of productive efficiency.
- There is a role between organizational oversight and performance quality.
-Organizational control contributes and helps motivate workers.
