This thesis investigates the existence of positive periodic solutions for a non-autonomous Lotka--Volterra dynamic system with a general interaction rate on periodic time scales. The time scales framework unifies the continuous case and the discrete case. The analysis uses cone theory in Banach spaces and a Krasnoselskii-type homotopy fixed point theorem for compact operators. The system is transformed into an equivalent integral system, and a suitable nonlinear integral operator is defined on a cone of periodic functions. Under appropriate assumptions, we prove the existence of at least one positive periodic solution. The proof avoids classical eigenvalue conditions by employing two boundary conditions that prevent outward eigenvalues greater than one. Two concrete applications illustrate the theoretical results. The first is an ecological fish--shark predator--prey model with a Holling type II functional response. The second is a cybersecurity model describing the interaction between polymorphic malware propagation and cyber-defense mechanisms with periodic countermeasure updates. Both examples satisfy the assumptions of the main theorem, guaranteeing positive periodic solutions دورية.
