أثـر تكوين الموارد البشرية على جودة الخدمات السياحيــة دراسة حالة _وكالة ويران للسياحة والأسفار بورقيقة ولاية تيبازة

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكوين الموارد البشرية على جودة الخدمات السياحية وقد تمت دراسة بوكالة ويران للسياحة والأسفار بولاية تيبازة، ولتحقيق الأهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ولجمع البيانات تم تصميم استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 100 زبون لدى وكالة ويران للسياحة والأسفار، حيث تم تحليلها عن طريق استخدام برنامج SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها وجود أثر لأبعاد تكوين الموارد البشرية على جودة الخدمات السياحيــة "This study aims to identify the role of human resource training in the quality of tourism services. The study was conducted at the Ouirane Travel and Tourism Agency in the Wilaya of Tipaza. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive method was adopted, and data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 clients of the Ouirane Travel and Tourism Agency. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study reached a set of findings, the most important of which is the existence of an impact of the dimensions of human resource training on the quality of tourism services.
