دينامية الجماعة التربوية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي -دراسة وصفية ارتباطية بعض ثانويات بلدية الوادي

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين دينامية الجماعة التربوية والرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببعض ثانويات بلدية الوادي بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة عن طريق القرعة الذي بلغ عددهم (90) أستاذاً، وكذا معرفة الفروق في مستوى دينامية الجماعة التربوية تبعا لمتغير (الجنس، الاقدمية، الثانوية) ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي تبعا لمتغير (الجنس، الاقدمية، الثانوية). ولقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي فهو الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، وتم استخدام أداتا استبيان للدراسة وهما: مقياس دينامية الجماعة التربوية ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي من اعداد الباحثتين واللتان تتصفان بخصائص سيكو مترية (صدق وثبات) عالية تؤكد صلاحهما للتطبيق، ولتحليل البيانات تم الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد أظهرت النتائج انه: • وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس دينامية الجماعة التربوية والرضا الوظيفي في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس والأبعاد منفصلة. • عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مقياس دينامية الجماعة التربوية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، الأقدمية، الثانوية). • عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مقياس الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، الأقدمية، الثانوية). ""This study aimed to investigate the nature of the relationship between the dynamics of the educational community and job satisfaction among a sample of high school teachers in some schools within different districts of El Oued. The sample consisted of (90) teachers selected via a simple random sampling method. Additionally, the study sought to identify differences in the level of educational community dynamics according to the variables of (gender, work experience, and high school), as well as to identify differences in the level of job satisfaction based on the same variables (gender, work experience, and high school). We adopted a descriptive-correlational approach, as it is the most appropriate for this study. Two instruments were used for the study: the Educational Community Dynamics Scale and the Job Satisfaction Scale, both developed by the researchers. To analyse the data, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) programme was utilised. The results revealed the following: • There is a statistically significant correlation between the sample members' scores on the Educational Community Dynamics Scale and their job satisfaction, both in the overall score of the scale and its separate dimensions. • There are no statistically significant differences in the Educational Community Dynamics Scale attributable to the variables of (gender, work experience, and workplace). • There are no statistically significant differences in the Job Satisfaction Scale attributable to the variables of (gender, work experience, and workplace).
