Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التكوين المستمر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية حيث قمنا بدراسة حالة المؤسسة الاستشفائية "" مصحة الرمال"" بالوادي وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة حالة، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات من عينة من موظفي المؤسسة، حيث تم تحليل 35 استبياناً باستخدام برنامج SPSS, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أبرزها: وجود أثر إيجابي للتكوين المستمر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. "This study aimed to identify the role of continuous training in achieving competitive advantage in Algerian economic institutions. A case study was conducted on the healthcare institution 'Rimal Clinic' in El Oued. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology and a case study approach. A questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection from a sample of the institution’s employees, with 35 questionnaires analyzed using SPSS software. The study reached several findings, most notably: the existence of a positive impact of continuous training on achieving competitive advantage in Algerian economic institutions.
