دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي للعاملين في مؤسسات التعليم العالى

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين ,حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد استخدمنا الاستبانة وأساليب إحصائية ملائمة (الاعتماد على برنامج إحصائي spss)،وتمت معالجة إشكالية الدراسة بتناول فصل أول يتضمن الإطار النظري لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والأداء لوظيفي ,وفي الفصل الثاني تطرقنا إلى دراسة حالة بجامعة الوادي (جامعة حمه لخضر) ,ومن خلال الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن جامعة حمه لخضر بالوادي تطبق تكنولوجيا المعلومات بأبعادها المختلفة بنسب متفاوتة و قد تم التوصل إلى أن هناك دور لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي إلا أن هذا الدور متوسط . This study aims to identify the role of information technology on empioyee jop performance. the study population consists of empioyees of the university of martyr hamma lakhdar in ELOued . To achieve the study objectives. we used a questionnaire and appropriate statistical methods. Relying on The statistical program (spss). The study problem was addressed through a first chapter that included the theoretical framework of information technology and jop performance .In the second chapter.we addressed a case study at El Oued University (Hamma Lakhdar University). Through the theoretical and applied study, a number of resulte were reached . the most important of which is that hamma lakhader university El Oued applies information technology in its various dimensions to varying degrees. It was concluded that information technology plays a role in improving the performance of higher education institutions, but this role is average.
