واقع استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر الطالب الجامعي -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة الشهيد حمة لخضر – الوادي

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي من منظور الطلبة الجامعيين في ظل التحول الرقمي، مع التركيز على دوافع الاستخدام، مجالاته، والتحديات التي تواجهه، إضافة إلى علاقته بالتحصيل الأكاديمي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستُخدمت استمارة استبيان وُزعت على عينة من 48 طالبًا بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي خلال السنة الجامعية 2025/2026، مع تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية. أظهرت النتائج أن استخدام الطلبة للذكاء الاصطناعي يتراوح بين المتوسط والمرتفع، ويُستخدم أساسًا لتوفير الوقت والجهد، ودعم التعلم وإنجاز البحوث، خاصة في مهام مثل الترجمة، التلخيص، والصياغة، بينما يبقى استخدامه في التحليل المتقدم محدودًا. كما بينت الدراسة وجود تحديات تقنية ومعرفية وأخلاقية مثل ضعف دقة المعلومات، نقص التكوين، مشاكل الإنترنت، وارتفاع التكلفة، إلى جانب الحذر من الاعتماد الكلي عليه. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يمثل أداة تعليمية داعمة مهمة، لكنه يحتاج إلى تأطير بيداغوجي وتكوين رقمي وضوابط أخلاقية لضمان استخدامه بشكل فعال ومسؤول، مع التوصية بتعزيز الثقافة الرقمية داخل الجامعات. ""This study aims to analyze the use of artificial intelligence technologies in higher education from the perspective of university students in the context of digital transformation, with a focus on the motivations for its use, its areas of application, and the challenges associated with it, as well as its relationship with academic achievement. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 48 students at the University of Chahid Hamma Lakhdar in El Oued during the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that students’ use of artificial intelligence ranges from moderate to high. It is primarily used to save time and effort and to support learning and research tasks, especially in translation, summarization, and writing. However, its use in advanced analytical tasks remains limited. The study also revealed the presence of technical, cognitive, and ethical challenges, such as low information accuracy, lack of training, internet connectivity issues, and high costs, in addition to concerns about over-reliance on these technologies. The study concluded that artificial intelligence represents an important supportive educational tool, but it requires pedagogical framing, digital training, and ethical guidelines to ensure its effective and responsible use. It further recommends strengthening digital literacy within universities. "
