دور العلاقات الانسانية في تحسين جودة العمل في المؤسسة

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور العلاقات الإنسانية في تحقيق جودة العمل، باعتماد على المصطلحات التالية: العلاقات الإنسانية، الجودة، جودة العمل. واعتمدنا الفرضيات التالية: تساهم العلاقات الإنسانية في تحسين جودة العمل داخل المؤسسة، تؤثر العلاقات الإنسانية السائدة داخل المؤسسة على جودة العمل، يؤدي التعاون وروح الفريق بين العاملين إلى رفع جودة العمل، يؤثر الاحترام المتبادل والتواصل الإيجابي بين العاملين إيجابياً على جودة العمل. وقمنا بتطبيق هذه الدراسة في مؤسسة شركة إنكو للمقاولات الصناعية، وعلى عينة حجمها 235 عاملاً وموظفاً. وتوصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن العلاقات الإنسانية الجيدة تساعد على تحقيق جودة العمل ورفع مستوى الرضا الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة. "This study aims to highlight the role of human relations in achieving work quality, based on the following keywords: Human Relations, Quality, and Quality of Work. We adopted the following hypotheses: Human relations contribute to improving the quality of work within the organization, The prevailing human relations within the organization affect the quality of work, Cooperation and team spirit among employees lead to higher work quality, Mutual respect and positive communication among employees positively influence work quality. This study was conducted at Inco Industrial Construction Company on a sample of 235 workers and employees. The study reached several findings, the most important of which is that good human relations contribute to achieving work quality and enhancing employees’ job satisfaction within the organization.
