Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين خدمات المؤسسة الصحية ببريكة. أجريت الدراسة على عينة من العاملين بالمؤسسة، شملت كوادر طبية، شبه طبية، وإدارية. اعتمد المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تطبيق استمارة استبيان على 155 فردًا بهدف تقييم مدى كفاية تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومستوى استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال، وتأثير هذه التكنولوجيا في رفع مستوى الأداء وتحسين إدارة الموارد داخل المستشفى. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقات إحصائية دالة بين كفاية تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، وكذلك بين استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال وجودة هذه الخدمات. كما أظهرت النتائج ارتباطًا إيجابيًا بين مستوى استخدام التكنولوجيا من قبل العاملين والتحسين في الخدمات الصحية، بالإضافة إلى تأثير إيجابي لاستخدام التكنولوجيا في رفع مستوى الأداء، وتحسين كفاءة الموارد المادية وجودة الخدمات المقدمة. Résumé : فرنسية أو انجلزية This study aims to explore the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in improving the services of the health institution in barika. The research was conducted on a sample of the institution’s staff, including medical, paramedical, and administrative personnel. A descriptive approach was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to a sample comprising 155 individuals. The questionnaire assessed the adequacy of information technology, the level of ICT usage, and the role of technology in enhancing performance and optimizing resources within the hospital. The results revealed statistically significant relationships between the adequacy of information technology and the improvement of health services, as well as between ICT usage and the quality of health services. Furthermore, a significant correlation was found between the level of technology utilization among the staff and the enhancement of health services. The study also identified a statistically significant link between the use of technology and the elevation of performance levels within the health institution, alongside its role in improving the efficiency of material resources and the overall quality of services provide
