دور قطاع النقل في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي وتعزيز الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور قطاع النقل في تحقيق التنوع الاقتصادي وتعزيز الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر للفترة من 2000 إلى 2023. اعتمدت منهجية كمية على تحليل البيانات الإحصائية ونماذج الانحدار المتعدد والسلاسل الزمنية لفحص العلاقة السببية بين تطوير البنية التحتية للنقل وأداء القطاعات الاقتصادية غير النفطية. كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة طردية قوية، حيث ساهمت الاستثمارات في النقل بنسبة 24% في نمو الصادرات الزراعية و19% في الصادرات الصناعية. كما أدى تطوير الموانئ وربطها بشبكة السكك الحديدية إلى خفض تكاليف التصدير بنسبة 16% وزيادة القدرة التنافسية للمنتجات الجزائرية، وخلصت إلى التوصية بضرورة وضع استراتيجية شاملة للنقل تركز على التكامل بين مختلف وسائله واعتماد التقنيات الحديثة والذكية لتعظيم الفوائد الاقتصادية ودعم تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. This study aims to analyze the role of the transport sector in achieving economic diversification and enhancing non-oil exports in Algeria for the period from 2000 to 2023. A quantitative methodology was adopted, relying on the analysis of statistical data, multiple regression models, and time series analysis to examine the causal relationship between the development of transport infrastructure and the performance of non-oil economic sectors. The results revealed a strong direct (positive) relationship, where investments in transport contributed 24% to the growth of agricultural exports and 19% to industrial exports. Furthermore, the development of ports and their connection to the railway network led to a 16% reduction in export costs and increased the competitiveness of Algerian products. It concluded by recommending the necessity of developing a comprehensive transport strategy that focuses on integration between its various modes and the adoption of modern and smart technologies to maximize economic benefits and support the achievement of sustainable development goals in Algeria
