أثر تمويل البحث والتطوير على تحسين الخدمات

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى تحليل واقع تمويل البحث والتطوير في شركة اتصالات الجزائر وأثره على تحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها ورصد التحديات التي تعوق فعالية البحث والتطوير داخل الشركة ومن ثم تقديم مقترحات لتحسين استراتيجية التمويل وتوجيهه نحو الابتكار وذلك في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة في قطاع الاتصالات. واعتمدنا في ذلك على استبيان ميداني تم توزيعه على عينة من موظفي المديرية العامة للشركة بالعاصمة. وقد أسفرت النتائج على وجود تمويل معقول لأنشطة البحث لاسيما ما يرتبط بمشاريع الرقمنة وتطوير البنية التحتية كما أن تمويل البحث والتطوير يعد عاملا أساسيا في تحسين ورفع مستوى جودة خدمات الشركة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيزه عبر آليات تمويل أكثر تنوعا واستدامة وإرساء منظومة متابعة وتقييم فعالة لعوائد هذه الاستثمارات. Our study aims to analyze the reality of research and development (R&D) funding at Algeria Telecom and its impact on improving the quality of services it provides. It also aims to identify the challenges hindering the effectiveness of R&D within the company, and then offer proposals to improve the funding strategy and direct it toward innovation in light of the rapid technological developments in the telecommunications sector. We relied on a field questionnaire distributed to a sample of employees at the company's general management in the capital. The results indicated reasonable funding for research activities, particularly those related to digitization projects and infrastructure development. R&D funding is also a key factor in improving and raising the quality of the company's services. The study recommended strengthening R&D funding through more diverse and sustainable funding mechanisms and establishing an effective monitoring and evaluation system for the returns on these investments
