Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on improving the performance of the company at the Skikda Condensate Refining Complex. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study population was defined as 180 workers and a convenient stratified sample of 80 workers. The questionnaire was also used as a tool for data collection. The study found a statistically significant effect between the ERP system and its dimensions (ERP system compatibility with the organization’s business, system efficiency, system effectiveness, and change) in improving performance in the organization under study at a high rate.
