Abstract

This study aims to explore the potential impact of applying artificial intelligence (AI) in postal logistics services to enhance the efficiency and timeliness of parcel delivery worldwide. The growing expansion of e-commerce and increasing parcel volumes highlight the need for innovation in this sector. Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 Algeria Post employees, and the data were analyzed using SPSS. The findings reveal that Algeria Post continues to rely mainly on traditional postal service methods with limited use of modern technologies. However, integration into the global logistics system requires the adoption of AI technologies—an imperative strongly supported by the respondents’ views.
