Abstract

تناقش الدراسة أهمية الحماية القانونية للمعلومات والوثائق الإدارية ودورها الجوهري في ضمان سرية البيانات وحسن سير المرفق العام. ويرتكز هذا النظام على ترسانة قانونية تنظم تداول المعلومات وتجرم الاعتداءات الرقمية، بالتوازي مع الاعتماد على الوسائل التقنية لتأمين الأنظمة المعلوماتية. وتخلص الورقة إلى أن فعالية هذه الحماية تعتمد بشكل أساسي على التكامل بين الأبعاد القانونية والتقنية، وضرورة تطوير الكفاءات البشرية في مجال الأمن السيبراني. This protection system is based on a legal framework that regulates information exchange and criminalizes digital attacks, alongside the use of technical measures to secure information systems.
