Abstract

يعتبر الذكاء الاصطناعي آخر ما يصل إليه العلم والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، والذي انطلق من خيال العلماء ليتحول إلى واقع ملموس ف شتى المجالات العلمية والحياتية، مما فرض عليه أن يلتقي مع الفلسفة وفروعها ف جانبها المعرف والإبستمولوجي والأخلاقي، فتولد عنه فرع لفلسفة هذا العلم وضبط أسسه، وما ينطوي عليه من نقاشات وتجاوزات فكرية وأخلاقية حول مفهومه، وطبيعة الوعي فيه، وعلاقاته مع الذكاء البشري الطبيعي، وإمكانية الإبداع والابتكار لديه، وسعيه إلى محاكاة الذكاء البشري أو التفوق عليه، ليجد الإنسان نفسه أمام واقع جديد يعيد بناءه ومستقبله ف ظل الاستفادة من خدماته، وتحسين حياته، وسرعة اقتصاده، وزيادة أرباحه، لهذا لابد من أخلاقية ووضع معيار له من قبل أهل الفكر والوعي، بوضع قوانين وأطر فكرية وأخلاقية ومواثيق عالمية على كل المؤسسات والدول التي تملك الذكاء الاصطناعي، من أجل تنظيم الحياة الإنسانية، وحتى لا نكون عالماا لإنسان فيه أو مختفٍ وراء التكنولوجيا، لذا يبقى البحث الفلسفي والأخلاقي مستمراا باستمرار الذكاء الاصطناعي ف تطوره وتفوقه. It has progressed from the imagination of scientists to become a tangible reality across various scientific and life domains. This progression has necessitated its intersection with philosophy and its branches—epistemological, cognitive, and ethical—giving rise to a dedicated branch of philosophy for this science. This branch aims to establish its foundations and address the intellectual and ethical debates and transgressions surrounding its concept, the nature of its consciousness, its relationship with natural human intelligence, and its capacity for creativity and innovation. As AI strives to simulate or even surpass human intelligence, humanity finds itself facing a new reality that is reshaping its very structure and future. This new era is characterized by leveraging AI's services to improve life, accelerate economic growth, and increase profits. Consequently, it is imperative to establish an ethical framework and standards by thought leaders and conscious entirely hidden behind technology. Therefore, philosophical and individuals. This involves setting laws, intellectual and ethical frameworks, and global covenants for all institutions and nations that possess AI. The goal is to regulate human life and prevent a world where humanity is either marginalized or ethical inquiry must continue in parallel with the ongoing development and advancement of artificial intelligence
