Abstract

"تتناول هذه الدراسة إسهامات ميشال كروزيي في فهم التنظيمات من منظور جديد، يختلف عن الرؤى الكلاسيكية التي مثلتها أطروحات كل من ماكس فيبر و تالكوت بارسونز، وتركز الدراسة بشكل خاص على ما يُعرف بـ""التحليل الاستراتيجي""، وهو المدخل الذي اعتمده كروزيي لتفسير سلوك الأفراد داخل المنظمات، باعتبارهم أطرافًا فاعلين يتعاملون مع بيئة غير مستقرة وغامضة، ويتخذون قراراتهم بناءً على ما يتاح لهم من هامش حرية وقدرة على المناورة. وتحاول الدراسة أن تبرز الأبعاد الفلسفية والتطبيقية لهذا التصور، من خلال التطرق إلى مفاهيم أساسية مثل: الفعل الاجتماعي، اللعبة التنظيمية، وأنماط السلطة غير الرسمية. كما تستعرض انعكاسات هذه المفاهيم على الممارسات الإدارية الحديثة، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالقيادة، والتنسيق، واتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسات. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج مقارن، جمعت فيه بين التحليل النظري والاطلاع على الأدبيات التي ناقشت هذه النظرية من زوايا متعددة. ويكمن الهدف الأساسي منها في تقديم قراءة مختلفة للتنظيمات، تُسهم في تطوير الفهم السوسيولوجي للمؤسسات، وتفتح آفاقًا جديدة للتفكير في كيفية إدارة العلاقات داخلها بطريقة أكثر مرونة وواقعية." "This study explores Michel Crozier’s contributions to the understanding of organizations through a lens that differs from traditional theories such as those of Max Weber and Talcott Parsons. It focuses on the ""strategic analysis"" approach, which Crozier employed to interpret the behavior of individuals within organizations as strategic actors operating with relative freedom in uncertain and complex environments. The study aims to highlight both the philosophical and practical dimensions of this framework by analyzing key concepts such as social action, organizational games, and informal power. It also investigates how this theory has influenced modern management practices, particularly regarding leadership, coordination, and decision-making within institutions. Adopting a comparative methodology, the research combines theoretical analysis with a review of existing literature that has examined this approach from various perspectives. Ultimately, it seeks to provide a fresh perspective on organizational dynamics that enhances sociological understanding and supports more flexible and realistic management policies."
