التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالضغوط المهنية "دراسة وصفية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

" هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. وذلك من خلال أخذ عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي من عدة ثانويات على مستوى ولاية الوادي، بحيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) أستاذ وأستاذة بواقع (66) ذكور و(81) إناث، تم اختيارهم دون مراعاة السن مع اختلاف خبرتهم المهنية، واعتمنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والذي رأينا أنه المنهج الأنسب لوصف الظواهر، وجمع البيانات الكمية حولها لغرض تحليلها وتفسيرها بشكل علمي دقيق، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية Spss أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه: 1-توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التدفق النفسي والضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط المهنیة تبعا لمتغیر الجنس. 3-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير تدريس الدعم. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الرتبة (أستاذ مكون، أستاذ رئيسي، أستاذ التعليم الثانوي). "This study aimed to identify Psychological flow and its relationship to professional stress among secondary school teachers, through a sample of secondary school teachers from various secondary schools in the state of El Oued. The study sample consisted of (150) teachers, comprising (66) males and (81) females. They were selected without regard to age, with their different professional experience. In our study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, which we saw as the most appropriate approach for describing phenomena and collecting quantitative data about them for the purpose of analyzing and interpreting them in an accurate scientific manner. After processing the data statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the results of the study were as follows: 1- There is a relationship between Psychological flow and professional stress among secondary school teachers. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the scale of professional stress with regard to the gender variable 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the professional stresses of Support lessons. 4- There are no statistically significant differences in the professionalism of education professors that can be attributed to the class variable (training professor, principal professor, higher education professor).
