دور رياض الأطفال في التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل من وجهة نظر المربيات -دراسة ميدانية في بعض دور رياض الأطفال ببلدية الوادي

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دَور رياض الأطفال في التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل من وجهة نظر مربيات رياض الأطفال، لهذا الغرض انطلقت إشكالية الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما مساهمة دور رياض الأطفال في التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل؟ حيث وضعنا فرضية عامة تجيب عن هذا التساؤل الرئيسي وهي؛ تساهم دور رياض الأطفال إيجابيا في التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل؛ لينبثق عن هذا التساؤل الرئيسي أسئلة فرعية نوردها على النحو التالي؛ ما مساهمة دُور رياض الأطفال في تكوين شخصية الطفل؟ ما مساهمة دُور رياض الأطفال في إكساب القيم الاجتماعية للطفل؟ ما مساهمة دُور رياض الأطفال في تحديد الجوانب المعرفية للطفل؟ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات تم طرح فرضيات جزئية وهي كالآتي؛ تساهم دور رياض الأطفال في تكوين شخصية الطفل، تساهم دور رياض الأطفال في اكساب القيم الاجتماعية للطفل، تساهم دور رياض الأطفال في تحديد الجوانب المعرفية للطفل. ولكي يتم اختبار هذه الفرضيات المطروحة اعتمدنا في ذلك على استخدام المنهج الوصفي وبالاعتماد على الاستمارة كأداة بحثية خلال إجراء الدراسة الميدانية وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية تكونت من 50 مربية موزعين على 12 مؤسسة لرياض الأطفال ببلدية الوادي، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: تساهم دُور رياض الأطفال في تكوين شخصية الطفل، كما تساهم في اكساب القيم الاجتماعية للطفل، وتساهم أيضا في تحديد الجوانب المعرفية للطفل. "This study aims to identify the role of kindergartens in the social upbringing of the child from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. For this purpose, the study's problem was based on a main question: What is the contribution of the role of kindergartens in the social upbringing of the child? We posited a general hypothesis that answers this main question, which is: Kindergartens contribute positively to the social upbringing of the child. Stemming from this main question are sub-questions, which are as follows: What is the contribution of kindergartens to the formation of the child's personality? What is the contribution of kindergartens to the acquisition of social values by the child? What is the contribution of kindergartens to determining the child's cognitive aspects? To answer these questions, partial hypotheses were proposed as follows: Kindergartens contribute to the formation of the child's personality, kindergartens contribute to the acquisition of social values by the child, and kindergartens contribute to determining the child's cognitive aspects. To test these proposed hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a research tool during the field study. The study was conducted on a purposive sample consisting of 50 female teachers distributed among 12 kindergarten institutions in the municipality of El Oued. The following results were reached: Kindergartens contribute to the formation of the child's personality, they also contribute to the acquisition of social values by the child, and they also contribute to determining the child's cognitive aspects.
