Abstract
This study aims to explore how employee commitment at Sonatrach ProductionDivision Hassi R'mel is impacted by transformational leadership style. For this study, a
questionnaire (MLQ & OCQ) was employed as the key instrument for data collection,
utilizing a 120-respondent sample. In keeping with the nature and purpose of the study. The
program "SEM PLS4" was utilized for conducting data analysis and testing hypotheses.
The research indicated that transformational leadership behaviors did not have a noticeable
effect on employee commitment at the organization being studied. Furthermore, the ideal
influence dimension, however, had a greater impact on workers' emotional ties to their
company. In light of the results, the study suggests that organizations should seek to
provide a supportive climate, pay attention to employees’ needs and aspirations, and help
them to exploit and achieve their full potential, through training, encourage employees’
initiatives and good contributions, giving them more responsibilities, autonomy, and
involving them in decision-making processes
