Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the level of organizational trust and the challenges facing the consolidation and localization of this concept at the ALSEV SPA in Blida. A descriptive analytical approach was used to delve deeper into the study, using questionnaires and interviews as the primary tools of data collection. 80 questionnaires were distributed to the sample, and interviews were conducted with the organization's executives. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a variance in the level of organizational trust in its various dimensions (trust in colleagues, trust in the direct supervisor, and trust in the organization's management). The results also indicated that the most important challenge facing deepening the concept and making it part of the organization's culture is that the concept of trust itself is a sensitive concept that is built slowly and lost quickly.
