أثر التوجيه المدرسي على التحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ دراسة ميدانية ثانويات الوادي أنموذجا

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التوجيه المدرسي على التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ سنة أولى ثانوي، وتمثلت أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على التوجيه المدرسي من خلال التوجيه الجيد للتلاميذ وفقاً لرغباتهم وميولاتهم وقدراتهم، حيث تم الانطلاق من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده ما أثر التوجيه المدرسي على التحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ، واندرج على ضمنها أسئلة فرعية تمثلت في: هل للتوجيه المدرسي أثر على رغبة التلميذ ورضاه المدرسي؟ هل للتوجيه المدرسي أثر على قدرة تكيف التلميذ في الوسط المدرسي؟ أما منهج الدراسة فلقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يساعد على تفسير الدراسة وفهمها، أما أدوات جمع البيانات فاعتمدنا على أداتين هما الملاحظة واستمارة الاستبيان كأدوات بحثية خلال اجراء الدراسة الميدانية وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في العينة العشوائية البسيطة المكونة من 100 تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ سنة أولى ثانوي، وقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج تمثلت فيما يلي: كشفت لنا نتائج الفرضية الأولى التي تنص على أن للتوجيه المدرسي أثر على رغبة التلميذ ورضاه المدرسي وذلك من خلال اختيارهم إلى ما يميلون إليه وفقاً إلى رغباتهم مع التوجيه السليم والاستعداد لبذل المجهود الكافي مما يتحقق الرضا لدى التلاميذ عن رغباتهم وقدراتهم وتوجهاتهم المختلفة ومردودهم الدراسي. أما الفرضية الثانية توصلت إلى نتائج مفادها أن التوجيه المدرسي يساهم في تسيير العملية التعليمية بشكل أسهل من خلال الخدمات التي يقدمها مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمؤسسة التعليمية وذلك لضمان بيئة دراسية آمنة لكل تلميذ تجعله قادر على التكيف من خلالها. أما الفرضية الثالثة والتي مفادها أن للتوجيه المدرسي أثر على التحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ حيث يتضح لنا من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن تلاميذ سنة أولى ثانوي عبروا عن مدى مساهمة التوجيه المدرسي في تلبية احتياجاتهم التي تتوافق مع مواهبهم واتجاهاتهم الشخصية والتي تكون برغبتهم، وتقديم المساعدة إلى التلاميذ من خلال اعطاءهم الحافز والدافع لاتخاذ القرارات الصائبة في مشوارهم التعليمي والتي تنعكس بشكل إيجابي على نتائجهم الدراسية." " Through this study, we aimed to know the impact of school guidance on the academic achievement of students in the first year of secondary school. The importance of this study was to shed light on school guidance through good guidance for students according to their desires, tendencies, interests and abilities, as it started from the main question of what is the impact of school guidance on the academic achievement of students and included within it percussive questions represented in. Does school guidance have an impact on the student's desire and school satisfaction? Does school guidance have an impact on the student's ability to adapt in the school environment? As for the methodology of the study, we relied on the descriptive method that helps to interpret and understand the study, as for the data collection tools, we used two tools: observation and the questionnaire as research tools during the conduct of the field study, and the study sample was represented in the simple random sample consisting of 100 male and female students of the first year secondary school students, and a number of results were reached as follows. The results of the first hypothesis, which states that school guidance has an impact on the student's desire and school satisfaction by testing them to what they tend to according to their desires with proper guidance and willingness to exert sufficient effort, which achieves satisfaction among students with their desires, abilities, different orientations and their performance during all semesters. The second hypothesis found that school guidance contributes to facilitating the educational process easier through the services provided by the school guidance counselor and the educational institution in order to ensure a safe study environment for each student that makes him able to adapt through it. The third hypothesis is that school guidance has an impact on the student's academic achievement. It is clear from the results of the study that the students of the first year of secondary school expressed the contribution of school guidance in meeting their needs that are consistent with their talents and personal trends that are in accordance with their desire, and providing assistance to students by giving them the incentive and motivation to make the right decisions in their educational career, which reflects positively on their academic results.
