فعالية اختيار الاستثمارات في طل المخاطر المالية -دراسة ميدانية لمشاريع مؤسسة سوناطراك-

Abstract

تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية في ﻅل المخاطر الاقتصادية والمالية وبالتحديد مخطر التضخم في حالة مشروع استثماري لمؤسسة سوناطراك، والتعرف على أهمية تقييم المشاريع الاقتصادية، والتعرف على المعايير المستخدمة في المفاضلة بين مختلف المشاريع. ولهذا الأساس تم اختيار دراسة مؤسسة سوناطراك في إطار الشراكة مع الخارج، بسبب تذبذبات أسعار البترول الذي تعاني منه المؤسسة، باعتبارها من المؤسسات الفاعلة في الاقتصاد الجزائري، ومقارنة العوائد الحقيقية مع المحققة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دراسة تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية هي أداة لها دور في عملية تقييم ومعرفة مدى صلاحية المشروع الاستثماري، وضرورة إدراج عنصر المخاطر كخطوة أساسية في عملية التقييم. The purpose of this research paper is to study the evaluation of investment projects in light of economic and financial risks, specifically the risk of inflation in the case of an investment project by Sonatrach, to identify the importance of evaluating economic projects, and to identify the criteria used in differentiating between different projects. For this reason, Sonatrach was chosen as a case study in the context of foreign partnerships, due to the oil price fluctuations it suffers from as one of the most influential institutions in the Algerian economy, and to compare actual returns with projected returns. The study concluded that the evaluation of investment projects is a tool that plays a role in the process of assessing and determining the viability of an investment project, and that the inclusion of the risk factor is an essential step in the evaluation process.
