Abstract

In thisstudywetry to know and track the course of the humanresource in Sonelgaz and how to manage it and itsbehavior and the Sonelgaz Corporation (production and distribution company of electricity and gas) is one of the leading institutions in Algeria and a reference to many of them, especially in the management of variousresources, fromemployment and polarization to training and containment of its culture, values and role of management leadership in all of this, used in the study all the methodologicalstepssuch as sample, method, observation and suchform as a technology to collect information to be put in tables and analyzethem to reach the final conclusions. We include it in this intervention.
