المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجمعيات الخيرية في ترقية الأسرة الجزائرية

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تحقيق الاستقرار الأسري والاجتماعي من خلال التزامها بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية اتجاه الأسر عن طريق سعيها الدؤوب لتحسين أوضاعها الاجتماعية والعمل على الرفع من المستوى المعيشي لها، وقصد الوصول إلى تحقيق هذه الأهداف كان من الضروري الحرص على العمل المنظم والمخطط وفق ما تقتضي المعطيات المختلفة، ولذلك عمدت الجمعيات الخيرية إلى تسطير مبادرات وبرامج مختلفة تهدف من خلالها إلى تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة في قوانينها الأساسية، وحتى تتمكن من ملامسة احتياجات هذه الأسر كان لزاما عليها التنويع في مجالات تدخلها، ويظهر ذلك من خلال تقديم الدعم والمساعدة التي تمس جوانب الحياة اليومية لها، كتوفير الاحتياجات الأساسية، وتعزيز التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية للأسر. لدراسة هذا الموضوع قمت بتصميم استمارة معلومات لقياس التزام الجمعيات الخيرية بالبعد الخيري ضمن مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية انطلاقا من الخدمات التي قدمتها للأسر المحتاجة، وهذا بعد اخضاعه للتحكيم من طرف خبراء وأساتذة وكذا بمشاركة بعض العاملين في المجال الخيري، وهي تحتوي على مجموعة أسئلة تحتاج الاجابة عنها إلى عمل تتبعي لخدمات الجمعيات الخيرية التي استفادت منها الأسر، ولدراسة البعد الأخلاقي استخدمت في هذه الدراسة استمارة مقابلة مع رؤساء الجمعيات محل الدراسة، وهي عبارة عن أسئلة مفتوحة. وبعد معالجة البيانات المحصل عليها إحصائيا عن طريق التكرارات والنسب المئوية توصلت الدراسة الى أن الجمعيات الخيرية تتقاسم محاور كبرى تمس حياة الأسر الجزائرية وتسعى قدر الامكان أن تمارس فيها مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية بقدر يساهم في الرفع من نوعية الحياة الاجتماعية للأسر مع تسجيل اختلافات بينها تعتبر من قبيل الاجتهادات الاضافية التي تزيد من قوة من تؤديها ولا تقلل في الوقت نفسه المجهودات التي تقدمها غيرها سيما ما تعلق بالبعد الخيري .

Abstract This study aimed to shed light on the role of charitable societies in achieving family and social stability through their commitment to their social responsibility towards families through their tireless efforts to improve their social conditions and work to raise their standard of living. In order to achieve these goals, it was necessary to ensure organized and planned work according to the requirements of various data. Therefore, charitable societies have set out various initiatives and programs through which they aim to achieve the goals set out in their basic laws. In order to be able to address the needs of these families, they were obliged to diversify their areas of intervention. This is evident through providing support and assistance that touches on aspects of their daily lives, such as providing basic needs and enhancing the social, economic and cultural development of families. To study this topic, I designed an information form to measure the commitment of charitable associations to the charitable dimension within their social responsibility based on the services they provided to needy families, after subjecting it to arbitration by experts and professors, as well as with the participation of some workers in the charitable field. It contains a set of questions that require a follow-up work on the charitable associations' services that families benefited from. To study the ethical and legal dimensions, an interview form was used in this study with the heads of the associations under study, which are open questions. After processing the data obtained statistically through repetitions and percentages, the study concluded that charitable associations share major axes that affect the lives of Algerian families and seek as much as possible to exercise their social responsibility in a way that contributes to raising the quality of social life for families, while recording differences between them that are considered additional efforts that increase the strength of those who perform them and do not reduce the efforts provided by others, especially those related to the charitable dimension.
