Abstract

The research dealt with some interesting medical issues that are listed as follows: The first shapter wich is entitled: The reality of the unconditioned benefit, includes three sections; 1st section: I talked about the concept and role of the unconditioned benefit in the flexibility of the islamic law. 2nd section: I spoke about the controls and sections within the unconditioned benefit. 3rd section: it dealt with the authenticity of the unconditioned benefit and the scholars views on them. In the second section which is entitled: The impact of unconditioned benefit in contemporary medical issues, here we can devide it into three sections that are: 1st section: The impact of unconditioned benefit on a medical examination before marriage. 2nd section: The impact of unconditioned benefit in astesia surgery virginity. 3ed section: The impact of unconditioned benefit in Plastic surgery. I have afterwards concluded a number of findings and recommendations that are codified in my research conclusion. 6
