الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة ودوره في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

خلال العقود الأخيرة الماضية ومع بروز العديد من الرهانات التي تواجه الدول والافراد على حد سواء وخصوصا تلك المتعلقة بكيفية الحفاظ على الموارد المتاحة و حمايتها ، حيث وفي هذا الصدد ظهرت العديد من المبادرات على الصعيدين الدولي والمحلي تسعى لمحاولة إرساء أسس تنمية مستدامة تحافظ على البيئة بكل جوانبها وتكفل حق الاجيال المستقبلية في الاستفادة من الثروة والموارد الطبيعية ، ولعل من أبرز هذه المبادرات نجد الأهداف الانمائية للألفية التي وضعتها الامم المتحدة و التي من بين أهدافها ضمان الاستدامة البيئية وهو الأمر الذي سمح بانتشار النقاش وبشكل لافت وعلى نطاق واسع بين الهيئات الحكومية والمنظمات الغير حكومية حول موضوع الطاقة المتجددة ودورها في تعزيز النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية . وفي ظل هذه التغيرات الطاقوية اصبح موضوع استقطاب الاستثمار الاجنبي في مجال الطاقة المتجددة يحتل أهمية بالغة وأولوية ملحة في برامج الدول واجنداتها خصوصا في البلدان النامية . تحاول هذه الورقة أن تسلط الضوء على قضية الطاقة المتجددة و سبل الاستثمار فيها باعتبارها بديل قوي للأنواع التقليدية الاخرى ، كما تهدف كذلك للتعرف على فرص وامكانيات الجزائر في هذا الجانب. Abstract: Over the past few decades and with the emergence of many bets facing countries and individuals alike especially those on how to preserve and protect available resources, where in this regard many initiatives have emerged at the international and local levels seek to try to lay the foundations of sustainable development that preserves the environment in all its aspects It guarantees the right of future generations to benefit from wealth and natural resources, One of the most prominent of these initiatives is the United Nations Millennium Development Goals which include ensuring environmental sustainability this has allowed for widespread discussion among government agencies and nongovernment organizations on the issue of renewable energy and its role in promoting growth and economic development. In light of these energy changes the issue of attracting foreign investment in the field of renewable energy has become a very important and urgent priority in the programs and agendas of countries especially in developing countries. This paper attempts to shed light on the issue of renewable energy and ways to invest in it as a powerful alternative to other traditional types as well as to identify the opportunities and possibilities of Algeria in this aspect.
