واقع اليقظة الاستراتيجية والذكاء الاقتصادي في مجمع صيدال

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية اليقظة الاستراتيجية والذكاء الاقتصادي في ظل التطورات البيئية التي تعيشها المؤسسات والتغير السريع للتكنلوجيا وكثرة المعلومات في بيئة الأعمال، اذ أصبح التحدي الحقيقي هو التحكم في هذه المعلومة من حيث سرعة الوصول إليها وكيفية تحليلها من أجل اتخاذ القرار الصحيح في الوقت المناسب. وتحديدا في مجمع صيدال، حيث قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتشخيص ممارسات اليقظة الاستراتيجية بمجمع صيدال بالاعتماد على أداة المقابلة. وقد خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج تشير إلى وجود خلية يقظة استراتيجية حتى وإن كانت ناشئة ولم ترسم بعد، إلا أنها سمحت للمجمع بمراقبة ورصد براءات اختراع للكثير من الأدوية.
