أثر استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لدى الوالدين على التواصل الأسري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على جودة التواصل الأسري لدى مجموعة من الآباء والأمهات، مع دراسة تأثير العوامل الاجتماعية والتعليمية على هذا التفاعل. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي كمي، وتم جمع البيانات من عينة من الآباء والأمهات باستخدام استبيان مصمم لقياس مستوى الانشغال بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وجودة التواصل الأسري، بالإضافة إلى جمع معلومات عن المستوى التعليمي، وضعية الأم، الجنس، عدد الأبناء، نوع المسكن وعدد سنوات الزواج. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام اختبارات إحصائية مناسبة للتحقق من صحة الفرضيات. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك ارتباطًا سلبيًا ودالًا إحصائيًا بين الانشغال بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وجودة التواصل الأسري، بينما أظهر المستوى التعليمي للوالدين تأثيرًا غير متوقع، حيث سجل الآباء والأمهات ذوو التعليم المنخفض تواصلًا أفضل مقارنة بالآباء والأمهات ذوي التعليم المرتفع. كما بينت النتائج أن بعض العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية، مثل وضعية الأم والجنس، لها تأثير دال على جودة التواصل، بينما لم تظهر فروق دالة بالنسبة لعدد الأبناء، عدد سنوات الزواج، أو نوع المسكن. توصي الدراسة بتوجيه الوالدين نحو الاستخدام المعتدل لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتنظيم أوقات التفاعل الأسري، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار العوامل الاجتماعية والتعليمية لضمان جودة التواصل الأسري وتعزيز الروابط الأسرية في البيئة العائلية المعاصرة. "This study aimed to analyze the impact of social media on the quality of family communication among a group of parents, while examining the influence of social and educational factors on this interaction. The study employed a descriptive quantitative analytical approach, and data were collected from a sample of parents using a questionnaire designed to measure the level of engagement with social media and the quality of family communication. Additionally, information was gathered on educational level, mother's status, gender, number of children, type of housing, and years of marriage. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical tests to verify the validity of the hypotheses. The results indicated a significant negative correlation between engagement with social media and the quality of family communication. Unexpectedly, the educational level of the parents had a notable effect, with parents of lower educational attainment demonstrating better communication than those with higher education. Furthermore, certain social and cultural factors, such as the mother's status and gender, showed a significant influence on communication quality, whereas no significant differences were found regarding the number of children, years of marriage, or type of housing. The study recommends guiding parents toward moderate use of social media, organizing family interaction time, and taking into account social and educational factors to ensure high-quality family communication and strengthen family bonds in contemporary family settings.
