Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة لتعرف على دور القيادة الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات والتي تعتبر حجر الأساس في المؤسسات التربوية، حيث تساهم في حماية التلاميذ والطاقم الإداري والتربوي وتضمن استمرارية العملية التعليمية وتحافظ على سمعة المؤسسة وثقة المجتمع بها، ولا يتجلى ذلك إلا من خلال الدور الذي يلعبه القائد الإداري من خلال انتهاج فكر استراتيجي يعمل على تحسين بيئة العمل، تحفيز الفريق وتطوير الكفاءات البشرية وبالتالي يؤدي إلى تفادي ومعالجة الأزمات، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم استخدام الاستمارة كأداة بحثية رئيسية وتم توزيع 141 استبانة استردت منها 128 استبانة بنسبة 90.78 % ولتحليل الفرضيات تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية V22 SPSS, وقد تم توزيعها على مجموعة من المؤسسات التربوية التابعة لمديرية التربية لولاية المغير. من خلال الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن هناك تأثير إيجابي نسبي للقيادة الإدارية على إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات التربوية، وبالتالي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتمثلة في أبعاد القيادة الإدارية والمتغير التابع وهو إدارة الأزمات، أما فرضية الفرق فوجدنا أنه لا توجد أي فروقات بين متوسطات إجابات العينة عبر محور أبعاد القيادة الإدارية ومحور إدارة الأزمات تعزى للمعلومات الشخصية. "his study aims to explore the role of administrative leadership, which is considered the cornerstone in crisis management within educational institutions. It contributes to protecting students, administrative and educational staff, ensures the continuity of the educational process, and preserves the institution’s reputation and community trust. This role is reflected through the strategic thinking adopted by the administrative leader, which seeks to improve the work environment, motivate the team, and develop human competencies, thereby helping to prevent and manage crises. to achieve the goals of this study, we used the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire was used as the main research tool, with 141 distributed and 128 returned, representing a response rate of 90.78%. The hypotheses were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V22). It Was distributed to a group of educational institutions affiliated with the Derectorate of education for the state El meghaier. Through the study we concluded that there's a relative positive effect of administrative leadership on cris management in educational institutions, and therefore a statistical significance relationship between independent variables represented in the dimensions of administrative leadership and the dependent variable is crisis management, As for the hypothesis of the difference ,we found that there are no difference between the answers of the sample average through the axis of administrative leadership dimensions and the axis of crisis management attributable to personal informations.
