Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الطلبة المكفوفين في الوسط الجامعي، والكشف عن طبيعة الخدمات الجامعية المقدمة لهم، إضافة إلى تحديد أبرز الصعوبات التعليمية والإدارية والتقنية التي تواجههم داخل الجامعة. كما سعت الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تطبيق مبادئ الدمج الجامعي لفئة الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة البصرية، ومدى توافق البيئة الجامعية مع احتياجاتهم الأكاديمية والاجتماعية، وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وأداة الأستبيان لجمع وتحليل المعطيات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود عدة صعوبات تواجه الطلبة المكفوفين، تمثلت أساساً في نقص الأجهزة والتقنيات المساعدة، وضعف تهيئة البنية التحتية الجامعية، وغياب الخدمات الإدارية والمرافقة المناسبة، إلى جانب محدودية التدريب على استخدام الوسائل الرقمية المساعدة. كما بينت النتائج أن الطلبة يعتمدون في كثير من الأحيان على جهود فردية من بعض الأساتذة أو الزملاء بسبب غياب تنظيم مؤسسي واضح لخدمات الدمج الجامعي.وأكدت الدراسة أن المشكلات التي يعاني منها الطلبة المكفوفون لا ترتبط بالإعاقة البصرية في حد ذاتها، وإنما ترتبط بضعف تكييف البيئة الجامعية مع احتياجاتهم الخاصة، وهو ما ينسجم مع مبادئ النموذج الاجتماعي للإعاقة. وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير التجهيزات التقنية، وتحسين البنية التحتية، وإنشاء خلية دائمة لمرافقة الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة البصرية، مع تعزيز التوعية والتكوين في مجال التعليم الدامج داخل الجامعة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق الدمج الجامعي الحقيقي للطلبة المكفوفين يتطلب تضافر الجهود الإدارية والبيداغوجية والتقنية، من أجل توفير بيئة جامعية أكثر شمولاً وعدالة تكفل تكافؤ الفرص لجميع الطلبة.

"This study aimed to identify the reality of blind students in the university environment and to examine the nature of the university services provided to them, in addition to identifying the main educational, administrative, and technical difficulties they face within the university. The study also sought to highlight the extent to which the principles of university inclusion are applied to students with visual impairments and the degree to which the university environment meets their academic and social needs. The results of the study revealed several difficulties faced by blind students, mainly represented in the lack of assistive devices and technologies, poor university infrastructure adaptation, the absence of appropriate administrative and support services, as well as limited training in the use of digital assistive technologies. The findings also showed that students often rely on individual efforts from some professors or classmates due to the absence of a clear institutional organization for inclusion services within the university. The study confirmed that the problems experienced by blind students are not related to visual impairment itself, but rather to the weak adaptation of the university environment to their special needs, which is consistent with the principles of the social model of disability. In light of the findings, the study recommended the provision of technological equipment, the improvement of infrastructure, the establishment of a permanent support unit for students with visual impairments, and the strengthening of awareness and training programs in the field of inclusive education within the university. The study concluded that achieving genuine university inclusion for blind students requires the combined efforts of administrative, pedagogical, and technical sectors in order to provide a more inclusive and equitable university environment that ensures equal opportunities for all students.
