مساهمة المسؤولية البيئية في تعزيز الاداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات

Abstract

"هتدف هذ ه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة المسؤولية البيئية في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي لمؤسسة نفطال وحدة الوادي، وذلك الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الفصل النظري، حيث تطرقنا نظر� للمسؤولية البيئية وكذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في دراسة الحالة وأجريت على عينة من 45 موظفا، وتم الاعتماد على بر�مج "" SPSS.V27"" في تحليل النتائج. تم التوصل إلى وجود أتثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لمساهمة المسؤولية البيئية بجميع أبعادها في تعزيز الأداء الاقتصادي لمؤسسة نفطال وحدة الوادي عند مستوى الدلالة ( α≤ 005)؛ وخلصت إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والاقتراحات أهمها: ضرورة دمج المسؤولية البيئية ضمن الرؤية الإستراتيجية لمؤسسة نفطال وحدة الوادي خاصة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية عامة، وكذلك الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا النظيفة لتقليل الانبعااثت وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية. "This study aims to highlight the contribution of environmental responsibility to improving the economic performance of Naftal, El Oued Unit. It relies on a descriptive approach in the theoretical chapter, where we theoretically address environmental responsibility. The analytical approach was also used in the case study, which was conducted on a sample of 45 employees. The results were analyzed using SPSS.V27. The study concluded that there was a statistically significant effect of the contribution of environmental responsibility, in all its dimensions, in enhancing the economic performance of Naftal, El Oued Unit, at the significance level (α≤ 0.05). The study concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which are: the need to integrate environmental responsibility into the strategic vision of Naftal, El Oued Unit, specifically for economic institutions in general, as well as investing in clean technology to reduce emissions and improve operational efficiency
