Abstract

"يتميز موضوع الدّراسة ""دول المغرب العربي وقضيّة فلسطين من خلال مؤتمرات القمّة العربية (1964م-1988م) "" بأهمّية كبيرة وبالغة في التّاريخ المعاصر، حيث أنّه من المواضيع الّتي تتضمّن أعقد القضايا في العالم، فهو يتناول جانب مهمّ من جوانب قضيّة فلسطين، وقد حاولنا تسليط الضّوء على أهمّ الأدوار والمواقف الّتي تبنّتها دول المغرب العربي (الجزائر، تونس، المغرب الأقصى، ليبيا، موريتانيا) اتجاه قضيّة فلسطين من خلال المشاركة في مختلف القمم: في قمّة الإسكندرية (1964م)، الخرطوم (1967م)، الرّباط (1974م)، فاس (1982)، وصولا إلى قمّة الجزائر (1988م). فقد برزت دول المغرب العربي كفاعل رئيسي في صياغة الموقف العربي اتجاه قضيّة فلسطين، والّتي تجاوز دورها المشاركة الشّكلية إلى المساهمة الفاعلة في صنع القرار عبر القمم العربية والمبادرات الدّبلوماسية. كما تكشف الدّراسة العديد من التّفاصيل المتعلّقة بالدّعم السّياسي والمالي لفلسطين. ممّا جعلها ركيزة أساسية في الحفاظ على أولوية قضية فلسطين في العمل العربي المشترك، ومرآة عكست توازنات النّظام الإقليمي العربي خلال هذه الحقبة.

The study, "The Maghreb Countries and the Palestinian Cause through the Arab Summits (1964-1988)," holds significant importance in contemporary history as it addresses one of the world's most complex issues. It examines a crucial aspect of the Palestinian cause, shedding light on the key roles and stances adopted by the Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, and Mauritania) regarding Palestine through participation in various summits, including Alexandria (1964), Khartoum (1967), Rabat (1974), Fez (1982), and Algiers (1988). The Maghreb countries emerged as principal actors in shaping the Arab stance on the Palestinian cause, transitioning from merely formal participation to active decision-making through Arab summits and diplomatic initiatives. The study also uncovers numerous details about the political and financial support provided to Palestine, establishing these countries as a cornerstone in maintaining the priority of the Palestinian issue within joint Arab action and reflecting the balance of the Arab regional system during this era.
