Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational conflict management strategies, based on Rahim‗s
model—which includes collaboration, competition, control, avoidance, and compromise—on nurses‗ job
performance at the mother and Child Specialized Hospital ―Dr. Kaki Mohamed‖ in Djelfa Province. The research
seeks to identify the most used strategy by the hospital administration and its influence on enhancing nurses‗
performance, motivation, and creativity. An exploratory approach was adopted using a questionnaire
administered to a sample of 85 nurses. The findings revealed that the collaboration strategy is the most
frequently employed in managing organizational conflict within the institution
