القيادة الادارية ودورها في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة دور القيادة الإدارية بأبعادها ( التنظيم، الاتصال، صناعة القرار، التحفيز، الاشراف، بناء فرق العمل) على تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمؤسسة بناء الهياكل المعدنية المصنعة PATICIM المغير ، حيث يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع افراد العاملين بالمؤسسة والذي بلغ عددهم 60 عاملا، حيث تم اختيار عينة متكونة من 40 عاملا ،كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة ، وبهدف الحصول على المعلومات تم توزيع الاستبيان على افراد العينة ، حيث تم توزيع 40 استبانة واسترجاع 39 استبانة ، وتم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة بواسطة برنامج SPSS ، وقد توصلنا في الأخير الى انه يوجد تأثير لأبعاد القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي لمؤسسة بناء الهياكل المعدنية المصنعة PATICIM وحدة المغير. This study aims to understand the role of administrative leadership, with its dimensions (organization, communication, decision-making, motivation, supervision, and team building), in achieving organizational excellence at the PATICIM Fabricated Metal Structures Construction Company, Al-Mughair. The study population consists of all employees at the company. A sample of60employees was selected. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach. To obtain information, a questionnaire was distributed to the sample members. 40 questionnaires were distributed, and 39 were returned. The study hypotheses were tested using SPSS. We concluded that administrative leadership plays a role in achieving organizational excellence at the PATICIM Fabricated Metal Structures Construction Company, Al-Mughair Unit
