وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن هذه النماذج لها قدرة على التمييز بين فشل واستمرارية المؤسسة وأن مؤسسة محل دراسة لم تتمتع بالتوازن المالي، كما أن المؤسسة مهددة بخطر الفشل المالي وليس لها القدرة على الاستمرارية في نشاطها. "This study aims to highlight the use of financial analysis indicators in the early prediction of financial failure in economic institutions. The theoretical part addresses various financial analysis ratios and indicators, as well as the most important models used in predicting financial failure.

In the practical part, we conducted a case study on the National Insurance Company ""SAA"", based on the financial indicators and ratios obtained from analyzing the company's financial statements for the period from 2021 to 2023. This analysis employed several models, including Springate, Altman, and Sherrod.

The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that these models are capable of distinguishing between business failure and continuity. It also found that the company under study lacks financial balance and is at risk of financial failure, with no ability to sustain its operations.
