الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية في مجموعة من ابتدائيات ولاية الوادي – مقاطعة الطريفاوي

Abstract

"تهد هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغط النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وذلك في ضل متغيرين وهما الجنس والخبرة المهنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واعتمدنا في عملية جمع المعلومات مقياس الضغوط النفسية والدافعية للإنجاز، حيت قمنا بتطبيق المقياسين على عينة تكونت من (100) ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية حيث أجريت الدراسة خلال السداسي الثاني للسنة الدراسية 2024/2025 لشهر أفريل. وبعد معالجة وتحليل المعطيات ببرنامج الحزمة الاحصائيةspss) )، توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغط النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي لولاية الوادي. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على مقياس الضغوط النفسية بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب متغير الجنس. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب متغير الجنس. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على مقياس الضغط النفسي بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب متغير الخبرة المهنية. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب متغير الخبرة المهنية. ""This study aimed to explore the relationship between psychological stress and achievement motivation among primary school teachers، with a focus on the variables of gender and professional experience. To achieve the objectives of the study، a descriptive correlational method was adopted، and two measurement scales were used: one for psychological stress and another for achievement motivation. The study sample consisted of 100 randomly selected male and female primary school teachers from the Wilaya of El Oued. The study was conducted during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year، specifically in April. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)، and the results revealed the following: There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and achievement motivation among primary school teachers. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress levels based on gender. There are no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation levels based on gender. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress levels based on professional experience. There are no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation levels based on professional experience. These findings indicate a relative stability in the levels of psychological stress and achievement motivation among primary school teachers، regardless of gender or years of experience."
