Abstract

This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of training to improving the efficiency of human resources at Algiers Telecom Corporation - Touggourt-, where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in collecting data and data related to the subject of the research, and to achieve this goal we used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the questionnaire was distributed within the institution to a sample 40 workers, based on the SPSS program, through the use of some statistical methods appropriate to the study’s hypotheses and questions. Finally, the study concluded that training aims to improve the efficiency of human resources, as it represents the main pillar in developing and rationalizing the competencies of workers in the organization
