Abstract
ABSTRACT:
This dissertation includes an extensive study on the scientific institutions and
Maliki educational schools during the Hafsid period between(625-981AH/1228-
1574CE).These institutions and schools contributed to the revitalization of the
of scientific movement thay the hafsid state knew and in creating frameworks
judges and professors and their effect in consolidation of the Maliki School.
Moreover we also touched on the most important sciences, Eminent scholars, and
scientific curricula, and we shed light on the cultural and scientific aspect
