Abstract

" هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن الأسباب الاجتماعية والتربوية والنفسية لانتشار ثقافة الدروس الخصوصية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتطبيق استبيان موجه لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي يهدف الى التعرف على الأسباب الاجتماعية والتربوية والنفسية لانتشار الدروس الخصوصية، حيث يحتوي على ثلاثة أبعاد و(37) بند. حيث شملت الدراسة على (71)أستاذ و أستاذة بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي ببلدية المقرن والرقيبة. وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية، وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على spss وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة التي تم تفريغ بياناتها عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية لعلوم الاجتماعية وتحليلها عن طريق مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أنه: _تعود أسباب انتشار ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية في المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة إلى أسباب اجتماعية, مثل: انشغال الاولياء عن متابعة ابنائهم دراسيا _ تعود أسباب انتشار ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية في المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة إلى أسباب تربوية, مثل: كثافة البرنامج الدراسي تأثر على استيعاب التلاميذ _تعود أسباب انتشار ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية في المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة إلى أسباب نفسية, مثل: اهمال التلميذ للدراسة وعدم تنظيم الوقت. "" This study aimed to uncover the social, educational, and psychological reasons for the spread of private tutoring culture from the perspective of primary school teachers. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive exploratory approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was administered to primary school teachers. The questionnaire aimed to identify the social, educational, and psychological reasons for the spread of private tutoring and contained three dimensions and (37) items. The study included (71) male and female teachers in the primary education stage in the municipalities of Al-Muqrin and Al-Ruqaybah. The sample was selected randomly, and the study hypotheses were verified using SPSS. The results of the study, whose data were entered using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and analyzed using a set of statistical methods, revealed that: The reasons for the spread of the phenomenon of private tutoring in the primary stage, from the teachers' perspective, are due to social reasons _From the teachers' perspective, the reasons for the spread of private tutoring in primary school are educational. _From the teachers' perspective, the reasons for the spread of private tutoring in primary school are psychological.
