تطور الاقتصاد الجزائري: من الاستعمار إلى الطفرة النفطية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مراحل تطور الاقتصاد الجزائري منذ ما قبل الاستعمار الفرنسي حتى الطفرة النفطية وما بعدها، مع التركيز على العوامل السياسية والاقتصادية التي شكلت هذا التطور، واستشراف التحديات والآفاق المستقبلية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي التاريخي، مقسمة المراحل إلى أربع فترات رئيسية: ما قبل الاستقلال، الاقتصاد الاشتراكي بعد الاستقلال، التحول نحو اقتصاد السوق، ومرحلة الطفرة النفطية وما بعدها. أظهرت النتائج أن الاقتصاد الجزائري، رغم تحقيق نجاحات مثل بناء قاعدة صناعية وتسديد الديون الخارجية خلال الطفرة النفطية (2000-2014)، ظل هشًا بسبب الاعتماد المفرط على المحروقات، ضعف التنويع الاقتصادي، وتحديات الحوكمة والبيروقراطية، مما يتطلب إصلاحات هيكلية عميقة لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة. The study aims to analyze the stages of the Algerian economy's development from the pre-colonial period through the oil boom and beyond, focusing on the political and economic factors that shaped this evolution, while also exploring future challenges and prospects. The study adopts a historical analytical approach, dividing the stages into four main periods: pre-independence, the socialist economy postindependence, the transition to a market economy, and the phase of the oil boom and its aftermath. The findings reveal that, despite achievements such as building an industrial base and settling external debts during the oil boom (2000–2014), the Algerian economy remains fragile due to excessive reliance on hydrocarbons, weak economic diversification, and challenges related to governance and bureaucracy, necessitating deep structural reforms to achieve sustainable development.
