Abstract

"الملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلي تقييم الممارسات المحاسبية الخاصة بعقود الإيجار التمويلي على ضوء النظام المحاسبي المالي و المعايير المحاسبية الدولية ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة حالة للمؤسسة المالية للإيجار المالي "" الجزائر إيجار "" خلال الفترة من أفريل إلي ماي 2022 ، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلي نتائج أهمها وجود توافق كبير في الممارسات المحاسبية بين النظام المحاسبي و المعيار الدولي رقم 16 ( عقود الإيجار) و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعديل القوانين الخاص بأنشطة الإيجار التمويلي و تهيئة الظروف المناسبة في البيئة الاقتصادية الجزائرية وكذا الأنظمة و القواعد المحاسبية و المالية المعمول بها في المؤسسات المالية لتصبح أكثر مرونة .

""Abstract : The objective of this study is to evaluate the accounting practices of finance leases in the light of the financial accounting system and international accounting standards. To achieve this objective, we studied the state of “ EL DJAZAIR IDJAR” during the period from April to May 2022. The study reached the most important results . There is significant consistency in the accounting practices between the accounting system amd IFRS 16. The study recommended the need to amend the laws related to financial leasing activities and to create appropriate conditions in the Algerian economic environment as well as amending the regulations and accounting and financial rules applicable in the financial institutions to become more flexible.
