أثر بيئة الأعمال على تنويع الصادرات في الدول العربية دراسة قياسية للفترة 2003/2023

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر بيئة الأعمال على تنويع الصادرات في عينة من الدول العربية للفترة 2003 - 2023 في الأجلين الطويل والقصير، حيث تم وذلك من خلال بناء نموذج قياسي تم تقديره وفق مقاربة Panel ARDL-PMG. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين مؤشرات بيئة الأعمال الممثلة في الوقت اللازم لبدء النشاط التجاري، الائتمان المقدم للقطاع الخاص، الاستقرار السياسي وتنويع الصادرات، حيث أظهرت النتائج القياسية إلى أن متغيرة الوقت اللازم لبدء النشاط التجاري لها تأثير عكسي ومعنوي إحصائيا على تنويع الصادرات في الأجل الطويل دون الأجل القصير، بينما متغيرة الائتمان المقدم للقطاع الخاص فقد سجلت تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي إحصائيا على تنويع الصادرات في الأجل الطويل دون الأجل القصير، في حين سجلت متغيرة الاستقرار السياسي تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي إحصائيا في الأجلين الطويل والقصير. "This study aimed to measure the impact of the business environment on export diversification in a sample of Arab countries over the period 2003–2023, both in the long and short run. To achieve this, an econometric model was constructed and estimated using the Panel ARDL-PMG approach. The study found evidence of a long-run relationship between business environment indicators — namely, the time required to start a business, credit provided to the private sector, and political stability — and export diversification. The econometric results showed that the time required to start a business has a statistically significant negative effect on export diversification in the long run, but no significant effect in the short run. In contrast, credit provided to the private sector exhibited a statistically significant positive effect on export diversification in the long run, but not in the short run. Meanwhile, political stability demonstrated a statistically significant positive effect on export diversification in both the long and short run.
